With it’s independent Jet Flame ignition, the Gourmet 4 Burner Island Stainless Steel Barbecue by Grillstream is the perfect way to show off your cooking skills. It’s double-skinned hood features a glass viewing panel and built-in thermometer that creates a practical and stylish look. The island even includes a rotisserie for the more adventurous chef!

Thanks to its Dual Fuel system, you can choose to cook with either Gas or Charcoal. Should you wish to cook via charcoal you can place the required and included trays on top of the gas burners, of which you can then fill with charcoal briquettes. These can then be set alight using the gas burners, giving you a safer ignition process compared to traditional charcoal BBQs. Once the charcoal has run out you can either pause cooking to refill or alternatively continue cooking using gas.

Made from stainless steel, the warming rack is durable and the LED control knobs are back-lit to make them easier to see. The BBQ includes: a griddle plate, bottle opener, storage cabinet and an integral side burner with steak shelf – so you’ll have everything you need to cook up a feast. A removable fat cup simplifies cleaning after use and the lockable castors hold the BBQ in place when you don’t want it to move.
